At Naked Nutrition, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return by following the procedures outlined below.
Returns Eligibility and Timeframe
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 30 days after the delivery date of your order. Returns are accepted only if the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and remains in its original condition.
- There are no visible signs of damage or wear resulting from use after delivery.
- The product is returned in a manner that allows us to properly inspect it.
Returns that do not fulfill these requirements may be denied.
Non-Returnable Products
Please note the following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Clearance or final sale merchandise
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an incorrect item shipped by Naked Nutrition. Original shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout when you place your order.
Refund Process
- Once your returned item arrives, please allow 2-4 business days for inspection and processing.
- You will receive notification whether your refund request is approved or rejected.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card company before the refund appears in your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your purchase arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please keep all original packaging and contact us immediately at monkeychops@severnday.us so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Order Cancellations
