Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Naked Nutrition or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

Order Placement and Processing

All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification.
Naked Nutrition reserves the right to reject, cancel, or modify any order due to inventory shortages, pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected fraud.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
After processing, shipments usually arrive within 5-10 business days.
Shipping fees vary by order and will be clearly shown during checkout prior to payment.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of most new, unopened products purchased from Naked Nutrition within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at monkeychops@severnday.us with your order details.
Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case Naked Nutrition will cover return shipping expenses.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours after placement. To request cancellation, contact us immediately at monkeychops@severnday.us. Requests received after this 12-hour window may not be honored.

Acceptable Use of the Website
